Why not? He's been five different actors, one of whom, Daniel craig, didn't even embody Bond. They should just cast a young, thin handsome, British guy who looks good in a suit. Bond was never meant to look like a linebacker. If they want to cast someone old, Idris Elba is right there.
James Bond’s death in No Time to Die is causing a nightmare for the next film. Writers are stuck because Bond “was blown to pieces.”

Simple fix. Make all future Bond films set in past era’s. The 60s films were the best by far. So, make the next film with Tom Hardy set in the Cold War 80s or make it with Idris Elba and set it in the 90s. Just make it work and give the plot plenty of edge! Your welcome!

i’m still not over that we couldn’t get idris elba as bond (what was that 10 yrs ago who remembers that) and lana del rey still hasn’t been, i guess selected, to do a bond theme song. i heard/read somewhere that her song “24” was submitted as a demo. idc about this movie franchise at all.
