Ok. We'll just fly up there. This crap is rife in Taiwan. The odds are high that if someone goes up for you and asks them to turn it on, it's filled with garbage as that is what is most used to take garbage down.
#Disability elevators are used for garbage regularly in Taiwan.

Between MPs debating the #AssistedDyingBill on Friday with its "best safeguards in the world" for #disabled people against coercion, and today #IDPD2024 we've had 3 solid days of orchestrated media smearing of disabled people as benefit cheats. Our MPs don't see this as #Coercion

The wait for wheelchair accessible social housing in Britain is FORTY SEVEN years. The wait for a wheelchair can be years. The UN found the UK has engaged in grave and systemic violations of the rights of disabled people. Assisted dying laws in Britain aren't an outbreak of compassion.

We also disagree on so many things as a group. For example, I absolutely prefer “person-first language,” while many reject it. (Just don’t call ME “disabled.” Ever.) 🫠
