The recent heavy snow caused power outages throughout southern #Quebec. At one point, over 250,000 households were without power! We can only hope that that #HydroQuebec are working on it; as it’s kinda cold to be without electricity - since so many folks use that for heating!

Can we all agree that Trump is a great showman, poor business man, but will take credit for everything. Obviously he wasn’t going to impose tariffs on Mexico- immediate impact on groceries; and Canada, well let’s see what HydroQuebec would do to energy prices in the US.

I just received my HydroQuebec bill. They billed me for sunlight, lightning and the light at the end of the tunnel (this one is always on!)

I’m quoting the base Ontario peak time of use pricing rate as set by the Ontario energy board, unless you opt for tiered, ultra low off peak, or market plans (sold by private electricity marketer not utility).
In Quebec, all electricity is sold by Hydroquebec and that’s their residential rate.
