At Hilutungan(Cebu), it's a definite YES! 🌊 The water is calm and crystal clear. Kids felt totally safe floating with life jackets, surrounded by fish. 🐠 Best family spot!

Nalusuan was a bit rough with waves and lower visibility, but look at Hilutungan – it was incredibly calm and crystal clear. 🐠✨
