The continuous sub-diffraction imaging stream (~10 kHz line rate) within a conventional epi-fluorescence setup is particularly striking — potentially a practical bridge between high-content screening and true super-resolution imaging. Comparable in spirit to Image Scanning Microscopy but optimized for throughput rather than precision, it outlines a realistic path for population-scale SR in screening environments.
