#HackingWithSwift
I'm restarting this 100 Days of SwiftUI course. Committing to one hour a day is harder than I thought it would be. #HackingWithSwift @twostraws.bsky.social hackingwithswift.com

Day one of #HackingWithSwift...

As someone who already knows multiple languages, I am finding the information about "what is a variable/integer" obviously unneeded for me personally. But I want those pretty green checkmarks lmao so I guess maybe I'll just skip the videos and take the tests

It really is great having an LLM help me when learning a new programming language. I'm going through the HackingWithSwift tutorial for SwiftUI, because I do want to understand what's going on instead of jumping into pure vibe coding, but their challenges require a lot of integrating concepts.

Oh snap, I haven't been posting at all. Still plugging away on my app #Tathagata, also going through #hackingwithswift plus and Apple's #swiftlang docs. I miss having the regimented structure to follow from 100DoSUI but glad to be building and learning hands on.

has anyone here completed or dnf'd @twostraws.bsky.social 100 Days of Swift? I completed day 3 and am horribly confused. Should I redo the day tomorrow? Should I move forward? Need advice here, and possibly supplementary resources. Strings, Arrays, enums, etc already have me at a loss.

Having with Swift Day 4
Not sure which I prefer, type inference or type annotation. I get that inference is shorter but annotation does make it very explicit.
