I see lifting being talked about. My body responds amazingly to lifting heavy. Also HIIT training at this boot camp I had a free trial to.

This is so key. My body hates HIIT and I learned the hard way. My sweet spot is heavy lifting 2-3 days/wk max and zone 2 cardio 3 days/wk.
I wish you well on your fitness journey, family. Feel free to ask questions. Watch out for the grifters and gimmicks. DO NOT PAY FOR THINGS YOU WON’T USE.
And remember … everybody and every body is different. Do what works for YOU.

I don’t do HIIT or anything where it’s high cardio the whole workout.

I do mainly strength training, slow moving exercises, walking, Pilates…stuff like that.

Morning Jay you got this. Today I did 25 minutes of not overly intensive HIIT and then 35 minutes of high reps with lighter weights (20 sets of 30).

水泳1900m、毎日行ってるの凄くない?特に疲れた感じもないのよね。まあしっかり休んで仕事してないからだろうけど。HIITで50ダッシュ4本入れて心拍数もかなり上げたし、充実してた。反面、負荷的に上手くなるほど軽くなり、トレーニングとしては易しくなってしまう感じもする。その分を速度上げるべきなんだけど、そこまではまだ体力がない。
