Rustで生成AIと埋め込みモデルをぶん回して、PyO3でPython呼び出してHDBSCANでクラスタリング。結果用のHTMLをRustで書かせてJavaScript+Plotly.jsとともに生成AIの成果物とクラスタリングの結果を埋め込み。思いの外きれいにまとまった。

During last weeks I tried to do some hipertunning of the DBSCAN parameters (eps and min_samples). I'm not very happy with the results, so I'll try to investigate a bit more before jumping to HDBSCAN. @emily.space do you know any work related with this hipertuning in DBSCAN? Thanks in advance!

I do not want to make keyword clusters from 32,052 keywords. I do not want to have to learn what porter stemming is. I do not want to have to learn what HDBSCAN is. I do not want to touch an api key. I was an english major for a reason. please don't make me do computer.

I hope that this week I can finish the code for analyzing membership in open clusters using three different methods (DBSCAN, HDBSCAN, and GMM). I'll write a post on ExploreGaiaData.com with the conclusions and comparisons with previous studies of M37.
