The more services people need to interact with, the worse their experience gets.

The satisfaction drops by 30 percentage points when 5 or more touchpoints are part of the journey.

Let’s hear it for timesheet and expenses systems, all of them painful for everyone.

For those of us working in #GovDesign, it’s a familiar story. Believe it or not, but it’s generally even worse in academia.
New timesheet and invoicing system just landed for the supplier I am working via at the moment - honestly the fact that a digital transformation consultancy chose something that is such an awkward pain in the 🍑 astounds me...

Like everything these days, the security requirements make it challenging. Worst bit was the face recognition step: had to take off my glasses but then couldn't read the instructions!
