If you know what pokemon sword and shield is, her empowered state is like the gigantimax starters where they don't get big but a part of them do
So when she powers up massive mushrooms burst under her hoisting her up, letting her send big attacks

I don’t think Mega Evolution needs to be in every game (especially if the Legends Galar thing is true) but like I think it should definitely keep being a thing throughout the series. Same with regionals. Gigantimax and Paradox can be more sporadic

As for what Pokémon, I'm thinking Rookidee actually suits my needs flawlessly. Not only are corvids still some of the best birds, but this one oddly ties in to my Skarmory side, since Rookidee also happens to evolve into a Flying/Steel Pokémon.
Corviknight also has Gigantimax, so that's there, too.

Beat a Gigantimax Snorlax using a remote raid pass in Pokemon Go and didn't even come close to actually catching it with gold berries and excellent throws and considering just uninstalling this stupid game.

Ok I cheated and played a bit more of ZA instead and wow the +moves are such an elegant work around for not every pokemon having a mega but also not doing a huge tack on gimmick like gigantimax or the crystal thing

Y'dyalani's signature pokemon would probably be a Eevee. Just like her its very unassuming and weak looking, but just bursting with potential. She probably would use Z moves or gigantimax, or maybe both, so the eevee can be strong despite being unevolved.

“Oh so you want them to just reuse the same gimmick??” Yes. I think a new gimmick every game is dumb as fuck and they should instead be trying to expand on a solid existing way to give Pokémon boosts mid fight, and Megas are by far the coolest form. Fuck Gigantimax and whatever SV had.

There was a huge feast happening and it was great, pokemon and trainers kept offering themselves to me including bolide~

I think it has potential to show up in special matches in pokemon champions like a tera arena and a gigantimax arena or something, prob not in release 1 but it would make sense as champions becomes the main multi-play battler to push games where you can catch tera and gigantimax pokes to import

that gym battle MUSIC had me boppin along. Mega Evolutions are still my favorite generational gimmick, but Gigantimax battles where I sat there looking up at Daddy Pangoro awakened the furry macro side of me (might get art soon~).
