Same with the 5th Amendment.
As long as Ogles is rewriting the Constitution, maybe we should rewrite the 2nd Amendment? From now own, "People" can't own a gun unless they're in a "Militia."
If he can interpret the 5th and 14th his way, I can interpret the 2nd my way.
