I have no idea why I fixated on Agent 4.

The funny thing is, after FinalFest, I kinda drifted out of the Splatoon fandom. Then Splatoon 3 dragged me back in, and Agent 4 came with, haha.

my inkling! before i discovered octohax existed! he... did not last long at all!! i enjoyed being an inkling (kind of) for like the 6 months (h̶̶o̶w̶ m̶̶a̶n̶y̶ m̶̶o̶n̶t̶h̶s̶) i was one.. buuut... the octolings just have such a deeper storyline, and much cooler lore around em. sorry inkling splat 1! you're kinda just boring to me!!! (octoling for life!) oh right, and also the gold dynamo roller! it was love at first sight with this thing. it's been my main ever since, and i fully intend to continue using it for as long as splatoon permits me to! my octoling after finding out about octohax!! honestly, the second i saw octolings in hero mode and a bit after, i wanted to know if it was possible to play as them, then lo and behold, someone figured out a way, and THEN someone else made a mod to make octolings go over inkling girl, which brings us to this point here!! ..still, couldn't be octoling boy until splat 2, which was fine by me still! (i just imagined he had a REALLY convincing disguise.) my splat 2 octoling! ough... how the octo expansion reveal made me so hyped, as i was someone who was dying to play as an octoling!! although they sadly never made the splat1 octoling boots obtainable (EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE LITERALLY IN THE FILES) the neo octoling boots worked well!! really well. and to be honest? if they were in splat 3 as obtainable gear, it'd be a difficult choice for me between which one to choose honestly! oh and also MAN. it was difficult to enjoy splat 2 because of ink armor and sting-ray, ESPECIALLY while using gold dynamo, but i made-do, and won on team chaos! (i chose marie for the previous finalfest as well, so we're going good!) and so we make it to the present, with my octoling boy as of right now!! and to entirely honest? i love the hair options, AND eye colors we got in this game!! they're so awesome, along with just the overall better body-shape! also i'm ULTRA happy with the new amiibo gears i've acquired through this game, makes the re-acquisition of my clothing for the next game 2/3rds of-the-way easier!.. besides the octoling boots, which i uh.. hope end up being easily attainable in splat4. if not.. gonna have to find a new pair of boots again. (please splat4 please give me those boots instantly PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE) and finally.. the gold dynamo in splat 3? it's still kind of eh, compared to splat 1s. i honestly wish it had gotten triple ink-strike as a callback to its original kit, instead of super-chump. even then.. through all of the buffs 3's given it, it feels a bit lackluster, here's hoping splat 4 returns it to the golden age!! literally. (still love it eternally though)

I still think it would be so funny if, after people voted for Past during the Splatoon 3 FinalFest because they wanted to have a game set during the Great Turf War, it just ends up being a Switch 2 remake of Splatoon 1
