I saw a sun in a sunrise today so I thought I'd have a go at capturing it in watercolour.

With a willow tree.☺️

Ok it's February and I fancy a challenge. So I've decided to draw, paint or just create a tree a day for this month.

Day 22 of #Februtree.

I tried some gouache out of a #Scrawlrbox I got a bit ago. It's really interesting and intense.

Then a marker drawn tree in various greens with a few ones in a posca white.

I like the layers.

It's some sort of conifer, a spruce I think. Was quite relaxing to scribble all those leaves on.

Quick and simple today.

I didn't want to waste acrylic paint on my brush the other day so I scrapped it onto some mixed media paper.

Then drew the tree tonight in posca pens of black, reddish brown, cream and white.

Yes it's a day late but I've drawn all 28 trees. 💙💛

It's a hopeful tree for the first day of Spring and St David's Day. 🐉❤️

Took a photo of the tree and did this at home. I liked the dusk sky.

Just a part of a tree today. But I think I've got cool dusk sky right.
A pale evening sky fades into pale yellow at the bottom. A mess of wispy branches reach across the middle and dangle down. A crescent moon sits in the top left corner.
