#Obesity is so difficult to treat and so prevalent. We desperately need accessible (affordable) treatments. Diet & exercise alone have failed us for >20 years. We need to expand coverage or (even better) impose price controls.

Every #vaccine consent discussion is shared decision-making. Risks and benefits must be explained to the patient each and every time. Making the official recommendation "shared decision-making" is redundant.

Beyond that, it makes it seem like there is significant doubt in the field.👎🏻
