At 28, I finally conquered my ADHD's executive dysfunction to cook for the first time. I can code an app all night, but cooking for 10 minutes? That was the real challenge! Bell peppers, walnuts, and grapes saved the day, and a kitchen rookie emerged victorious. #ADHD #ExecutiveDysfunction
