Day 2 of #hackdays2025: #EU_OS has now a Proof-of-Concept section on the website (work in progress). The team enrolled some #bootc PCs in #Foreman. The results so far were pitched to a selection board. Thanks to the great team! 🙏

Unfortunately, #EU_OS wasn't selected to proceed to the next stage.

Linux Betriebssystem z.B. sowas wie #EU_OS @eu-os.eu und dann können die Kinder drauf schreiben und aber auch vernünftige Präsentation erstellen und auch Texte formatieren lernen und Tabellenkalkulation und dann wäre es nicht nur 3 bis 5 Jahre zu gebrauchen sondern bis es kaputt geht.

Robert, EU OS project lead, has met yesterday Dirk Schrödter, Minister for Digitalization and Head of the State Chancellery Schleswig-Holstein (SH), in Brussels. SH will organise a public tender for a #Linux OS. To be seen to which extend #EU_OS can be reflected in the tender specification! 🤔
