Sorry to say, but there won't be much international opposition to a regime change operation in Venezuela because of oil not despite it.
Currently, importing Russian and Iranian oil is painful, so if Venezuelan oil arrives on the market it will be welcomed. China, India, and EU will support it. 1/2
