@viviant88's point about who gets a seat at the table really resonates - Have been thinking about us when we do research on education issues in Singapore, how much of practitioners' voice do we include in the conversation, what are the pain points they want to find out? #EIS2023

Also really agree that we tend to think more about the innovation and evidence but have not reached or thought more about the assessment, organisational readiness and system #EIS2023
