I knew I'd flare after the dental procedure and expected it. What I didn't expect was to start feeling better only to be slammed with #fatigue and #pain .

For 3 days I was able to get 6 to 8 min on the cubii (under desk elliptical) but today got 2 min in & my ankle was screaming at me😭 My hr is also being very reactive today.

I do and it goes like this... ~Carrie "What a dynamic disability really looks like... Monday: Crushed my to-do list, even squeezed in a workout. Tuesday: Struggled to get out of bed. Symptoms make work a huge challenge. The brain fog is thick. Threw up during the marketing meeting (camera off). Thursday: High-symptom day. Work? Can't function. Canceled dinner plans. At-home treatments aren't helping. It's bad. Need rest. Three days later... Ugh. It's all happening. Off to the hospital because I need acute intervention. Inpatient treatment for severe symptoms.
