I've seen #DrZhivago several times, & it just now occurred to me. What happened to Lara's older daughter, Katenkav? Wouldn't the younger girl (Tonya) remember an older sister? She's never mentioned again (in the film). But I just read that in the novel Lara leaves her (K) in Yuryatin. 🤷♀️ #TCMParty

Got up to watch the sun rise on the New Year. Then spent until now taking down all decorations and doing the massive post Christmas tidy up. Feet up now and new book day and I’m finally getting around to reading #DrZhivago after it’s been on my shelf for years

One movie scene that doesn't get enough attention is "The Private Life is Dead in Russia" scene from #DrZhivago- it's an incredibly tense and absorbing interrogation as we know Strelnikov is very unpredictable- Tom Courteney's icy chill absolutely makes the scene! #SkyFilm
