The next step you'll need to do is the part just before you add the sugar & chocolate. There will be hardly any folding at all & no need whatsoever for pounding butter...which was the biggest pain in the ass of the whole doughmaking process! 😣

No they'd cost less. A bag of flour makes a lot more than one pizza. If doughmaking is too hard, go to a dollar store and pick up a three pack of flatbread pizza crusts for under $4, pepperoni is $3.50, can of pizza sauce $3, and a bag of mozz is about $3. With all that you can make three pizzas.

I have personally found water temperature to be incredibly important. Using a digital thermometer before blooming the yeast has taken a lot of the guesswork out of doughmaking for me.
