@discord.com Your algorithms for blocking accounts are SUCKS. Without analyzing the context of the message, they immediately banned me and asked for my passport. Why? So that they could be leaked to hackers again, or even sold?

It's because of this exact reason I can't regain my old account because it refuses to send the link to anywhere that isn't my email address, and #DiscordSupport refuse to help if I can't access my HACKED email which has been deemed UNRECOVERABLE by Microsoft.

I think I'm legit going to scream at #Discord and #DiscordSupport because I think it's ridiculous that when I try to reset a password for an account *THROUGH MY PHONE NUMBER* it sends the reset link to my email??
You'd think that if I used my phone number I'd want the link sent to my phone.

Progress!!
They managed to transfer all my Xbox Profile stuff to a new email address so at least I have all my games and achievements back (I CAN PLAY LIES OF P AGAIN)
However my Discord is still lost for the moment since #DiscordSupport want me to contact through the hacked email... Discord pls 😭

Since it's been almost a M O N T H since Microsoft have said anything, I made a new account and contacted live support to see if they could do anything.
Sadly the support guy couldn't do much on his end, BUT he has escalated the case and I *should* hear back from higher ups within 24-72 hours!!

Still nothing so far from Microsoft about my email account, but I will be working on making a new discord server anyway since I'm like 99% sure it's been deleted.
Might take me a while because it's super disheartening that it's all gone, but hey ho. I'll still be streaming as often as I have been.
