Mighty and Ray being Sonic and Tails is a clear D-Sides reference. Beyond that, I main wanted to make sure no swap was too obvious. I never want the obvious swap, but I also always want it to be kinda recognizable. Originally, Knuckles was gonna be Fang, but I got too attached to Fang's Gang being the Babylon Rogues. Trip was up there for a bit, but I went with someone less obvious. Leaning into the strength aspect, we swapped Honey and Knuckles instead. One of our best ideas was switching Amy and Metal. They're connected but not an obvious pairing, and they're both interesting ideas. The evil machine made to fight the hero falls for him, and a living being deciding to turn into a Cyborg and swear loyalty to the one who turned them! • Sonic=Mighty • Tails=Ray • Knuckles=Honey • Vector=Vanilla • Espio=Gemerl • Charmy=Cream • Fang=Jet • Bean=Storm • Bang=Wave • Eggman=Maria • Metal/Rascal=Amy • Mecha=Surge • Doll=Kit • Metalix=Bots • Sally=Trip • Chaos=Shadow • Rouge=Bunnie Rabbot • Blaze=Silver • Breezie=Sage • Zavok=Zeena • Zik=Zazz • Zor=Zomom • Infinite=Whisper • Gadget=Tangle • Sticks Undertale and Deltarune had a few setbacks, especially for Sans and Papyrus. Bratty and Catty, and Grillby and Muffet were both considered, before we decided to go for a conceptual swap with the dogs. Still not entirely sure what to do with Darkners. Dear Mr. Fox, I love Deltarune, especially the character Ralsei. In China, some players dislike him, calling him a "sissy" or "femboy," and claim Kris and Susie hate him due to his underdeveloped role. I hope he will get a proper growth arc in future chapters. Thanks!
