I really need to stop staying up so late XD
Today I’m grateful just some peace within myself. The last couple of months I had a bit of a rough patch and my emotions were all over the place. But at least for now I found a part of myself again and it feels good to just be me.

I saw my psychiatrist today and I have a future visit planned as well. And it was good but it was also a reminder how things I thought I was over still impact me and can make me cry. Healing takes time and maybe I’ll never fully be healed. But that’s okay. One day at a time! 💜;
