I share your ire at DRP1. Mostly because I just don’t buy it. Two combatants of even approximately equal skill, one with a switchblade, the other with a sword. How the hell does the one with the sword lose? IT MAKES NO SENSE.

I still really like the movie, but that moment will always bother me.
