ballroom will need to be submitted to the National Capital Planning Commission and public (including DCPL) will have opportunity to weigh in on proposed project then. Site work on the project is not reviewed. Ballroom project has not yet been calendared?? Now govt shutdown he is prob moving fast

🏗️ To make way for construction, the last full day of service will be Thursday, December 11th, with an expected reopening date next summer.

📅 Next Wednesday, DCPL will host an open house at Petworth Library to preview the upcoming changes and answer questions from neighbors.
