Topside, roast potatoes, glazed carrots, sautéed Swiss Chard and of course a Yorkshire Pudding. Coloured in a pan and then cooked at 80c until 52c in the middle. Evenly pink and melt in the mouth. No grey ring. Lots of happy faces for early Easter lunch with 18 and 8 #CookWithIsh

What started as a copying an online trend of grating frozen tomato over burrata, developed into adding grilled King asparagus, then deciding last minute to make homemade spaghetti finished simply with garlic, dried chilli and Parmesan. Plus a glass of Mount Difficulty Pinot Noir. #CookWithIsh
