Do you think one somehow made it up to Heaven? And like, it's the first 'actual picture' of Lucifer Sera has seen or had access to in centuries. So. Perhaps she confiscated the 'contraband' to keep it from polluting Heaven. And kept it. Secretly. It's a pic of her long lost sibling angel after all.
