Having now finished Dispatch... overall it's a win, but I do feel a tad conflicted over some elements.
Episodes 6 and 7 have some issues that I wonder come down to late rewrites or other constraints.

IIRC coalition partners in Afghanistan imposed constraints on intl-sharing following the revelations of black sites, torture, etc of individuals in US custody in the 2006-9 timeframe. this was certainly an issue on people's radar then.

You need to treat everything as a constraint problem.
AI doesn't solve the constraint problem. It doesn't make the constraints easier. It doesn't reduce the cognitive load of the constraint problem.
