New estimate is 2,000 to 2,500 acres, (I have no info on containment). At least two points of ignition (I think the new starts are windblown-caused). Stay safe, y'all.

How we moved 36 chickens, a technique that may help fellow chicken (or other small animal) owners bugging out in a wildfire. I still have the carriers in case we ever have to move our entire flock again in short order:
