Have you considered getting an indoor rowing machine? A much better workout that covers more muscle groups. I highly recommend Concept2. Not that expensive and the gold standard.

I have a Concept2, and used it 6 days a week this year, up until it got cold (it's in the conservatory, north facing). I also do a bit of resistance. But, and here's the thing, my MH struggles are NOT much improved even by exercise. And so the battles in my head always come first and I don't always

Nothing like a bit of menopausal insomnia despite rowing and rowing and rowing. Oh and I just blocked a narcissist. Looked like a narcissist to me

I’m doing the 100,000 meters between Thanksgiving and Christmas rowing challenge with my Concept2 and I don’t think it will be a problem to get there, even with some days off. I did 6k today and it wasn’t a big deal. I’m so much stronger than I was this time last year!
