Ok, I now understand why CoffeeGame crashes and not FoundationModelsTripPlanner.
it's because of in CoffeGame when a session hits the context a new session is initialized using the transcript of the previous session.
And it seems the issue is with the transcript symbols

I have the same error with Apple Sample project CoffeeGame so it's not an issue with my project.
Also what's weird is that another sample code from Apple using FoundationModels on visionOS runs fine: FoundationModelsTripPlanner
