An anhinga (Anhinga anhinga). Also known as the snake bird or water turkey, these birds can be a year-round resident of Florida.

This anhinga was sitting in the rain with it's mouth open at the Celery Fields, Florida. It eventually flew off.

A Nanday Parakeet (Aratinga nenday), also known as the black-hooded parakeet or nanday conureat at the Celery Fields in Sarasota Florida.

These parakeets have established feral populations in Florida.
