OK #CardiologySky- how young is 'younger' when we say 'it is physiologically normal to hear splitting of the second heart sound in younger people'? Because like an idiot, I just self-auscultated and can still hear mine. (And my congenital flow murmur). Should this woman in her 50s get a workup? 🤔🙏

Remember GDMT is quad therapy ARNI/SGLT2i/BB/MRA at optimal doses. Every touchpoint with a HF patient is a chance to optimize therapy.
