Vanmorgen een goed gesprek gehad met de oncoloog.Bloedwaardes waren keurig, alsook de uitslagen van de CTscans en Echo.Er was te zien dat de verdikkingen in beide liezen al waren aangepakt door de kuur. Niet verwacht, maar ik heb morgen het 4e infuus in Refaja.Was niet goed gecommuniceerd met mij.🙄

Blood clots in my lungs… at least I’m able to breathe again. It began at the end of July… I had no clue…🤷♀️

Yes me too. I had an hour long MRI last Saturday, a month ago EKGs, 2 CTScans. In the past year 3 Echocardiograms, EKGs, and Angiogram.
Cost for all tests: $0.00
Yes, I did have to wait for some, but if it became an Emergency tests would be done by the Emerg. department.

What we have are excellent doctors & facilities in many states. Can see world class specialists from NYU, Sloan Kettering, NY Presbyterian in short order
MRI & CTscans next day. $$ but insurance pays.
I'm in Quebec & all I hear are horror stories

I’m in Canada so insurance isn’t an issue here. Which may explain wait times for CTScans and MRIs. Here, they may be ordered too often.

I had a small mass inside of my pancreas, doubled in size etc while pregnant (hormone's fault) and after about 5~ years of scans, it just... shrank back down to almost unseen. Visited a cancer center, lots of MRIs and CTscans.
And then nothing, soon as it shrank, they stopped having me come in.
