Affinity、なんか大きな発表があるってのは頭の片隅に置いてたけど無償化だったのか、入れてみようかな。それにしてもAdobeはどうするんじゃろ？自分のようなCS5で全然用が足りるプロ崩れとか、ハイアマチュアにとってあの年貢は高すぎるし。PremiereとかAfterEffectsはプロしか使わない上にエコシステムできてるから流石に盤石なんだろうけど。

いまうちの社にはすべてのネットワークから隔絶されたwin10のなかのCS5で頑張ってるけどこれもいつまで持つか すでにPCからは限界みたいな音がする👼

I bought Designer back in 2020 but never used it...by the time I decided to use it I found out I couldn't even open old Illustrator files in it, so it basically became useless.
So here I am in 2025, still using Adobe Illustrator(CS5) for lettering and design.

windows things now working 100% for me under linux via wine:
- SAI 2 (the big important thing)
- photoshop CS5 (for a bunch of mundane tasks + web gfx and i loooathe using gnu IMP for anything)
- openMPT + some of the VSTs so far (others are like "where's my library >:C" but i'll fix it)
- WACUP

For a good 15 years+ I worked off of PS CS5 when I got my new computer it wouldn't install and instead of paying monthly for a full version of ps, I bought elements. I'm still struggling with it. To spoiled by full ps.
