Thanks guys for all the thoughtful responses!! I've learned a lot from this and I'm really happy to hear that my approach to anthros and landscapes strikes a chord with people. <3
Alright guys tell me all about this whole ΘΔ thing! I understand the basics--I'm curious to know what it means to you and if there's something about my work that resonates with you.

Oh no! "Everlasting Love" is such a fantastic song. The rhythm and harmonies and chord progressions are so incredible. Played it in a band. It's just about the perfect song.

Accidentally realized a nice bonus feature of the built in tuner of the acoustic guitar I bought, it can be used to see any note played and thus is useful for learning what each note on the fret board is, as well as if a chord is being played properly.

I don't usually get excited by lexicographers' and linguists' word-of-the-year announcements, but Merriam-Webster's today strikes a chord: "slop," “digital content of low quality that is produced usually in quantity by means of artificial intelligence.”

Always triggered to see the Fabs leaning their lovely kit on chairs, by the neck. What must the action have been like on their guitars? Strings like the Clifton suspension bridge. They must have had fingers like G-clamps to get the strings down to form a chord.
Lovely Teatle this. I hope you’ll agree.

One of my favorite Texas songs of all time. For some reason the chorus strikes a responsive chord in my soul, and I'm not even from East Texas!

What if AI could turn lead into gold? What if AI made your cock 9 inches and thick as a Coke can? What if AI could play the secret chord of David? What if AI tasted great and was less filling? America, you have spoken loud and clear: You do not like AI. But what if AI is the way to restart the world’s idea machine?
We’re running out of good ideas. AI might be how we find new ones.
What if the best use of AI is restarting the world’s idea machine?

In an age when the quality of documentary series is in severe decline, it's been great to find so many varied & intelligent video essays created by people like ContraPoints, F.D Signifier, Broey Deschanel, Folding Ideas etc. This one by Lily Alexandre struck a chord:

A while back I wrote a thread about neurodivergence and #collapse that struck a chord with far more people than I expected.

Several of you asked me to take it further - to deepen it, and make sense of the pattern properly.

Thx for reading :) #overshoot

Kevin McCloud delivered a lecture for SAVE’s 50th anniversary celebrations.

This struck a chord. 'When we bulldoze buildings we also destroy the collective memory, culture and identity of the communities they belong to.'

It's a reminder that buildings are far more than just materials. ⛪

The worst thing about Christmas music is it's all the most basic, obvious, primordial chord progressions ever invented, and so you end up, hours later, reciting 19th century Protestant propaganda in your head without meaning to.

developing a really good musical ear is both a blessing and a curse bc while it’s super helpful as a musician to understand what’s going on in a song, it also makes me more critical

like omg why would u use a plain 5th for this progression when it would hit harder with a suspended 7th chord

2025 marks the 100th anniversary of Erik Satie’s death. His influence on later generations far surpasses that of the Tristan chord.

Some may wonder whether his name should be spelled “Éric,” but records show he asked for corrections whenever it was written that way.
