It was long thought that Lettenhove was in Kerack since his cousin Ferrant lives and rules there and it's close to the coast, based on information taken from books, games and maps. Now due to "Sirens of the Deep" it is likely that it's on Bremervoord.

Es curioso porque en la peli mencionan que Jaskier nació en realidad en Bremervoord y que lo de Oxenfurt (aunque sí estudió allí) era solo una mentirijilla para darle más prestigio y aquí no han mencionado nada

Tbf, given she's from the same place as Jaskier, it would have made sense for her to have a similar accent - even more so, it would have made sense for her to have the same accent as *everyone else* in Bremervoord. I have no idea where they were going with this. It made no sense.

It wasn't so much that I disliked Essi's accent, but WHY was she the only one from Bremervoord who HAD that accent?

I think they kinda left it open for interpretation, maybe? The way Bremervoord was portrayed, I think it's entirely possible that Jaskier has a title, but his family isn't very rich/important. Even if Zelest is illegitimate, he's still Agloval's son and he and Jaskier ran in the same circles.

I'm thinking he might actually still be a viscount, Kerack is right next to Cidaris
Maybe he is send to Bremervoord because his parents died and he needs raising by nearby family and he can't take over the estate yet
