I think it would likely fall under a standardized or agreed setup, but this is usually beyond how far sci-fi shows think when it comes to the more "realistic" sides of the problem. You'd also need to take into account environments, breathable atmospheres, pressures and so on.

Going to hazard a guess that this would not improve the airport or flying experience for anyone sitting next to the person who got all sweaty doing pull-ups. Especially if they listened to Sean Duffy’s other flying tips and did their workout in non-breathable dress clothes.
Duffy on what he's doing to improve the airport experience for travelers: "Maybe I want a workout area where people might get some blood flowing doing some pull ups or step ups in the airport."
