Another excellent #BreakfastOTD - rewarmed burrito bowl from Chipotle. Topped with guacamole salsa & a fried egg. Sprinkled tajin over the top. Homemade iced coffee to go with. This tastes better the second time around.

Today’s #BreakfastOTD I subbed roasted sweet potatoes seasoned with garlic powder & smoked paprika for the barley I’ve been eating.

Changed up the sourdough from white flour to whole wheat too. Kept the kimchi, bacon, & marinated egg. Split the orange with the spouse. Eat your fiber, y’all.

We have turned into a yogurt parfait household over the past month. We eat it daily, either for breakfast or dessert.

The secret is in the toppings: Jams, curds, nuts, granola, coconut, fruit…

I made myself a banana + chocolate chip this morning.
