I don’t know how it works in the UK but yes I’m sure they have several brain banks and other places where you can donate your body for science. It’s also not a binary option we (Harvard Brainbank) frequently cooperate with other orgs that take whole body donations and then we just get the brain

when i write a lot i also need to read a lot to recharge my brainbank (bc i tend to really dislike my own voice after spending so much time with it) but the issue is. recharging takes a while.
