Local news had a story in #Utah #PetInsurance is up 7.3% per year. We have five #dogs. The 15 year and the 11 year don't have insurance. The 11-year-old has an autoimmune disease that costs about $300 a month in medication alone. He had some #BladderStones removed recently that was over $2,000.

The emergency vet that did the surgery basically explained that male cats have narrow urethras so they are just more prone to urinary obstructions/blockages then female cat. Surgery was recommended because my cat kept getting the blockages;even with rx food to prevent crystals/bladderstones.
