#Biochemistry!
They took my dopamine when they kidnapped me in hospital and forced me to change my biochemistry because they were jealous of me 😂

And now my periods are ruined - but I’m still happy 😂

Maybe my happiness isn’t connected to my dopamine, but I still need it back because my periods are too heavy now

In this regard I always think we are still away to create such things , especially when we see simple things about how bacteria create membranes It's so complicated as a biochemistry reaction ...

Best thing you can do for your child. I worked 40 years in the pharmaceutical industry. History, data and research PROVE vaccines work. Those who point out individual cases have no background in biochemistry. Of the 8 Billion souls , not a single person has identical DNA. This is not physics!

Thank you. I am. Yes, I started with “Biochemistry Revision Can Wait”…

I see that posties across the country have been delivering a certain 7”, so now anxiously waiting for mine!

Like a biochemistry textbook essentially? I guess stryer would be one of the classics. No clue how expensive that is though

Same here. I struggled with a year of biochemistry in junior year of my Med Tech degree but found mRNA fascinating. Fauci made the mistake of not speaking up over Trump and educating the nation that mRNA was not new and a vaccine could be made that fast safely.

I'm literally a biochemistry student

Also, the science is on my side
Multiple studies, including one by the International Olympic Committee, have shown that trans women do in fact not have an advantage in sports compared to their cis peers.

Alsoo, your argument is actually misogynistic as hell

Dra. Arnold. Chemistry. Even after in-depth tutoring sessions in English and Spanish, she couldn't understand why I wasn't getting it. MUCH later, I learned that I needed CONTEXT! Ergo, Physiology and Biochemistry were as easy as drinking water.

which is so goofy because it's such a rhetorical own when someone's getting really obnoxious in your replies and you hit them with a "why are you expecting a game developer to know everything about biochemistry are you well"

I was in university in the 70's and I was studying mRNA in my biochemistry program. I found it fascinating.
The progress is amazing, of what we accomplished so far.
When I see the idiots in government cabinet today, I just have to shake my head. How is this possible, how did we let this happen?

Yes lol favorite 2 teachers was a English and Socail Studies and I hate both subjects 😅🤣🤣

Same in college my favorite teacher was my biochemistry lab class... hated biochemistry lecture with a passion

Plant sugars usually means Stevia or Monkfruit 200 times sweeter than sucrose.Worse than fructose, and unusual flavor. Organic is glyphosate/pesticide free tomatoes, and plain old sucrose. My stomach curled hearing the gunshots on a dark night as they culled 300 ostriches & caregivers wept.

Hubs @dbmalloy.bsky.social studied biochemistry and we understand why the herd had to be culled & accept what cannot be changed.

Pretty solid video laying out why we cull for H5N1.

I just submitted my research proposal to the U.S. Department of Energy @departmentofenergy.bsky.social

This proposal combines microbial physiology, biochemistry, and genetics to study methanogenic #archaea (methanogens) under stress.

Wish us luck, because we're going to need it!

In the science fiction world I was mostly thinking of The Culture series which explicitly says that all residents of The Culture have insane levels of customisable biochemistry to fuck in wild and creative ways

and then mostly shows us this by having people emerge sweaty from a tangle of bodies etc
