the factions can just…. Have different interests and cultures they want to maintain? maybe at odds with the other factions interest? it’s not all or nothing

I see it in the BfA mount guide for some reason.

- they didn't bother adding a certain (fairly important) NPC when you mourn Rastakhan
- Mathias Shaw's facial hair being different both ingame & cutscenes, wonder if they forgot their own characters (they did)

(Unfortunately, after many many years, this program is winding down. For reasons well documented in the press since January, enrollment at schools that make higher education possible for less-wealthy students is down.)

I... am REALLY curious if/how they're going to weave the night elves into the story of the haranir & the roots of Teldrassil. I know we can't go into the past and easily fix BfA/Shadowlands and how it handled (or straight up excluded the victims' reaction to) the night elves' (1/?)

Despite my own personal excitement for this expac, I've not seen an expac this scrutinised in the lead up since... honestly, Shadowlands or BFA.
Once again, I am worried that expectations might be too high to manage.

i used to love WoW and i still think legion/BFA era WoW was more fun than all of FFXIV for me, but god it's not the same game
at least gw2 still cares about it's base

This isn’t a “it was only TBC Grox” thing
They’ve been about that life the whole game.
They had a fundamental culture shift post Arthas, and regaining the Sunwell didn’t change that, if anything it reinforced their view.
We went from
“victory lies ahead”
“Glory to the Sindorei”
“Death to all who oppose us”
“We WILL have justice”
To “we endure” “through perseverance, strength”
God it’s so fucking lame and spineless and live love laugh. Give the Sindorei back some fucking teeth you wimps

Makes me feel like Rastakhan is OLD-old, as in, creation of his current model was started long ago and it was never brought in line with how Zandas ended up in BfA.
