If that's Benbulbin, I'm pretty sure there's hiking trail all the way to the top. If it's the one I'm thinking of, it's a popular hike, though not easy. I've never been up there as I live on the other side of the country.

Also, if you’re in Sligo, take the bus to Knocknarea and do the 40ish minute hike up to the top to see Queen Maeve’s cairn. I broke the posted rules and delivered her a rock from the bottom of the hill. The views of the area are stunning! That’s Benbulbin on the right in the second pic.

And , as mentioned elsewhere in this thread, Benbulbin (near Sligo) is worth a trip. Not sure if there is public access to the top anymore? While in that area a visit to Lissadel house too?
