He has a blanket around him, his hair is curling slightly from being wet. He is frowning, snot running down his nose as he holds on to a tankard filled with milk. Off screen Rayleigh says: "It's unusual for someone so young to have this kind of Haki..." Panel 3: Roger puts his arm around Ray grinning at him. "He's my son!" he announces. "Of course he has Haki!" Ray wears a blank look. "I'm not convinced" he says. "Garp has insane Haki too."

You haven't chased me in so long I thought you forgot about me!" On the right is Garp, also grinning. He answers: "You're not the only pirate on the seas!" Roger comments with an ouch! Garp continues: "I was busy!" Panel 3: Garp is lifting up kid Dragon by his wrist. He proudly declares: "I haave a son now!" Dragon looks kind of owlish, in a little jacket covered in stars.
