Daily DBZ 170-2. The bigshot, Bourbon, calls in his bodyguard to take care of gramps. It's robo-dirtbag Mercenary Tao! Gohan steps in to handle him, but Tao realizes he's Goku's son so he bounces before he gets his butt kicked. Then Gohan blows up Bourbon's shelter and promises to stop Cell himself.

And my followup thought is gambling getting big is in line with "everyone is a celebrity" -- people dream of being rich like an IG influencer or real celeb, and gambling big sums on their phones also makes them feel like a bigshot. Sports betting is selling lifestyle aspiration like everything else.
