最近の食べムラの試行錯誤について
先日豚レバーの唐揚げを保育園でものすごい勢いで食べたと聞いて、キッチンの先生からレシピをもらって作ってみた唐揚げ、確かにかなり食べてくれる。唐揚げが少し混ざってればご飯なども結構食べてくれる。
今までの離乳食レシピを見て作った冷凍ストックや市販のBFと一体何が違うのかを考えてみると、
・唐揚げがカリカリしていて美味しい(カリカリした食感が好き)
・ご飯などに混ぜられてモチャッとした食感になっていない
・後期食までは全てが混ざっていても食べていたが、最近はおかずの味がそれぞれしっかり際立って食感がいいものを個別に食べたい気持ちがありそう？
