Hiya. I'm new here, my thanks to Debbie Ridpath Ohi and Sherman Dorn. I'm an artist who mainly uses traditional media; I love my toned paper sketchbooks. I rediscovered this- an Inktober drawing from several years ago. It's a fast, style; ink with color added (ArtGraf water-soluble pigment).

This study of Thathanka Iyotake was done by using ArtGraf Blocks in Primary Colors (Magenta, Yellow, and Blue) and limiting my color palette 🎨 range to focus more on values.

I made a last minute decision to deviate from my study of limited color options and framed his head in more earthy tones.

Returned to Tide Line by Julie Brook yesterday for a second session.

ArtGraf is intriguing to use. Here, with water-filled brush pens given limited spot for painting. But I found it hard to not deliver too much water. So still experimenting. I have used them unfilled, with a water pot. That was easier.

So glad to see you like those ArtGraf supplies! I had a feeling they would suit you, but you're really going to town with them. I like the way you make a line and then drag down on them for a "rug of tone" - and the water dip!
The video quality was fine - but like you said - audio is more important
