The most complete (and exhausting) work I’ve done since the PhD. t is based on elements of Michel de Certeau’s essay Walking in the City, Lyn Heninian idea of the open text in Rejection of Closure and Roman Jakobson’s axes of selection and association in his paper on aphasia.

I had temporary aphasia after a motorcycle crash.
Could not remember the word "aquarium", so after a minute or two of "oh god, what is the word" I went with Fish Zoo.
My coworkers never let me forget it.

It’s bizarre how extra effort to be understood is often seen as an effort to exclude.
One silver lining side effect of the linguistic decline/aphasia is that these kinds of misunderstandings don’t happen too often anymore.

Day to day she is ok. But she is getting tired, more fatigued and has increased aphasia. Hense this rabbit hole.
It's probably post-stroke degeneration.
The GP asked, What form of medicine do you practice in the last appointment.
I replied, "None, I just care for my wife".
